ANU College of Business & Economics Community Engagement Award


  • Academic Grade:1.Currently enrolled either full or part time in a single or double undergraduate degree or a graduate coursework program offered by the College. Current students who hold a minimum credit average (at least 60% across all units completed at ANU to date) will be eligible to apply for this extracurricular funding. 2.Has not previously received this Community Engagement Award in prior years of study. 3. Seeking funding for an upcoming or a recently completed activity or opportunity. In this instance, activities completed within the last 12 months will be accepted. 4.Engagement activities must be deemed to directly enhance the students' academic experience and professional career development prospects in a business or economics related field. Eligible activities for consideration may include: conferences, research, voluntary internships, outreach, service or community programs, or some other similar engagement which is specifically aligned with the individual's ANU curriculum. Award funding will not be available for the following: sporting and recreational events that are not aligned with the student's program of study, participation in compulsory course or program components, activities where the student will receive a salary or academic credit standing for their involvement (including international exchange placements receiving credit towards an ANU degree program).

Research School of Finance, Actuarial Studies and Statistics Pre-Master Training Scholarship


  • Academic Grade:Selection is made on the basis of academic merit. Eligible candidates will be ranked by the highest GPA achieved in their respective Pre‐Master Training Program. The award is offered to students by a Selection Committee chaired by the Director of RSFAS and including the College Dean (or nominee), and other academic staff members from the RSFAS. The College reserves the right to make no award if it considers there is no applicant of sufficient merit. The College may also vary the number of awards and/or offer the award at other times, in exceptional circumstances, or based on the standard of applications or students.
