  1. Master of Innovation and Entrepreneurship – NEW name for the MIBE program.

  • Same entry requirements – A bachelor degree in any discipline
  • Same intakes: February and July
  • Course site: Master of Innovation and Entrepreneurship | Curtin University
  • Students with an offer for the previous course will receive a new offer letter.
  • This new title of the course reflects the updated course structure. The course provides students with a unique combination of theoretical and practical insight in innovation and entrepreneurship and enhances innovation, entrepreneurial and intrapreneurial skills. It will also build students’ global mindset by drawing on international theory and practice.
  1. Master of International Business

The duration of this program has been reduced to 1 year.

Key information and benefits:

  • Same intakes: February and July
  • NEW Entry requirements: This 8-unit (1 year) MIB is structured for applicants with ANY degree and industry experience (2 years working in an assistant or deputy manager and above position).
  • A Graduate Certificate in the business or management discipline is recommended for students without work experience, which will serve as a pathway into the MIB.
  • Course site: Master of International Business | Curtin University
  • The changes will ensure students gain contemporary theoretical knowledge in international business and learn their applications while solving complex problems, which eventually will enhance their strategic decision-making skills, improving their student experience.
  • Because of the new duration of the program, the entry requirements have changed and require 2 years of work experience to enrol in the 1-year option. If students don’t meet this requirement, they can package their offer with a Graduate Certificate in Business or Management available at Curtin University.

  1. Master of Geosciences

Key information and benefits:

2-year course (400 credits)

February & July entry

Location: Bentley Campus

First intake: Semester 1, 2023

Two majors:

  • Exploration and Mining Geology
  • Geophysics

Minimum academic entry requirement

  • A recognised bachelor’s degree in science or a related field
    • Geology major requires foundational geoscience units at university level
    • Industry experience may be considered for students of other disciplines
  • IELTS 6.0 overall, no band below 6.0.
