ACT COVID-19 Pandemic News
According to the latest ACT Public Health announcement (COVID-19), the ACT government has updated its travel restrictions to Western Australia. The new regulation will be effected from 27 April, 2021 (Tuesday) 2:01 am.
Anyone who have visited Perth or Peel area, and would like to enter ACT after 27 April 2021 2:01 am, must:
1. Immediately get COVID-19 test
2. If you have visited Western Australia or Melbourne COVID-19 hot spots and haven’t obtained a negative test result yet, you need to fill up the online declaration form, test and isolate until you get the test result
3. ACT residents who have entered the Capital Territory and visited COVID-19 hot spots, you should call (02) 5124 6209 and contact ACT Health for 14 days of isolation
4. Those who are not ACT residents and but classified as people at high risk of COVID-19, not allowed to entering the state unless exemption is approved.

The allocation of ACT State Nomination
Recently, the Australian Capital Territory has announced the update for ACT 190/491 allocation for the financial year 2021!
2020-21 ACT nomination allocation (20 April 2021):
190 visa: 210 quotas (approximately 70 applications per month)
491 visa: 260 quotas (approximately 87 applications per month)
Base on the information above, the quota of ACT State Nomination is very sufficient. In addition, the government distributes these allocations regularly every year. So, what are you waiting for? Please have a look and go for it!
